The Snr. UX Designer is responsible for enhancing customer satisfaction by improving the usability, accessibility, and experience associated with the KnowBe4 products, transferring the strength and personality of the KnowBe4 brand seamlessly throughout the interface of a product. They will take a leading role in shaping the KnowBe4 flagship product experience strategy alongside Product Management, Engineering, and UX Research and collaborate with product team counterparts to research, design, and prototype ideas to identify, refine, and validate solutions to customer problems.

This role grounds solutions in the needs of members, agents, and employees through human-centered design and tackles complex questions about future interaction models and experiences.
Produce user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and final UI using design systems with minimal oversight. Vast knowledge of benchmarking and competitive analysis. Ability to work with project and product managers to plan, build and implement with success while balancing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
